Artemis GitHub repo archived?

Hi, 
I just saw the message "This repository has been archived by the owner. It is 
now read-only.​​​​​​" on https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis 
(https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis) and since I didn't see an 
announcement in the mailing list I wanted to ask if this was a mistake or if 
you no more accept PRs via github.
