Some of the answers at the bottom of the list of answers for https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5737923/how-do-i-limit-the-number-of-connections-jetty-will-accept provide ways to limit the number of concurrent *connections*, but I didn't see anything to limit the number of sessions.
