Redirect Console From Port 80 to 443

I am using ActiveMQ Artemis 2.24.0. I am trying to figure out how to setup the 
console to redirect from port 80 to 443. I have the bootstrap.xml file setup to 
use my keystore, but I cannot figure out what to put in the bootstrap.xml file 
to except requests on port 80 and redirect to port 443.
