Matt, Justin, and Ken

Thanks for providing the information and links, I understand that new features
and capabilities take time and testing.

Two specific JMS 2.0 features I am looking for is Asynchronous Send and delayed
delivery.

I know these are available with Artemis. We have deployed numerous
applications with the classic release and with other features and options that
are available within Classic I was doing my best not to migrate and/or add
Artemis.

Is there an approximate time on the release of 6.3.0?

Thank you again,

Jason

Hi Jason-

Work on completing the JMS 3.1/2.0 features has picked back up. There is a
target to get one or two of the methods added in the upcoming v6.3.0 release —
specifically receiveBody and deliveryDelay.

Here is the tracking page:

Is there a feature you are specifically needing?

Keep in mind shared topic-subscriptions can be done using Virtual Topics today
(publishers send to topics, subscribers connect to queues) — and is arguably
easier to work with for both developers and administrators (queues have more
overall features for consumers anyway).
