If so, and it's not working, I can make a zip available for download
that has all the dependencies needed by AppFuse (including the AppFuse
JARs).

Here's a download of all the dependencies needed to build 2.0 M4. If
you extract this to ~/.m2/repository, you should be able to create a
new project, as well as build/test/deploy w/o having an internet
connection.
