I am posting this here and I could not find a feature request area: Are there any plans for a ZK Archetype that includes ZK integration with Spring/Acegi/Hibernate/iBatis/JPA etc? ZK is rapidly gaining popularity due to its simplicity from a Java developer's perspective. JSF/Spring MVC/Struts are too complex and require too many lines of code (Java + Javascript). ZK also has a much better collection of rich ui components and requires only Java knowledge. I am currently developing using ZK and Appfuse, but I have merely deleted most of the UI related stuff from the Appfuse Spring MVC starter app. It would be much cleaner to have an archetype by default.
