We decided not to do it by default since Dojo is 5 MB and slow. It
didn't seam reasonable to make developers wait for 5 MB to be copied
if they're barely using any of its features.

I copied the dojo directory from struts-core to the directory in my

I modified the "default.jsp". I added the dojo.js
