Weird...so I got a wild hair to delete the jstl directory from my M2
repo :

Looks like some earlier project broke that particular library. Sorry
for the wasted bandwidth!
On a happier note, Matt, thanks so much for all your work with
AppFuse. We've delivered two projects this year thanks to you and
AppFuse and our customers could not be happier with our velocity. We
really owe you a beer or 500. :)

I should probably also mention that I have a number of AppFuse
1.9.4 projects already, and have absolutely no problems deploying
those to my existing tomcat installation, or running any of the tests.
