Thanks for ur reply.
I am using appfuse 2.0-m5.
I tried executing command

C:\work> mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=HROnline
-DartifactId=SML_PeoplePickerControls -Dversion=1.0 -Dpackaging=jar
-Dfile=c:/work/repository/HROnline/SML_PeoplePickerControls.jar

This is executed sussecffully but still it is not recognizing it. :(
