Thanks Matt I did the exact opposite of what you suggested by replacing the
rc1 cssHorizontalMenu.vm with one from m5 and it worked.

I was using the *.vm files from the appfuse modules, there were none in any
of my directories but now I have one overriding the rc1 file to get it to
work.

I will run a diff on the 2 files and let folks know what I find... unless I
am the only one who ran into this issue... by the way my horizontal menus
have sub menus.
