I should say that Eclipse has this feature - just Ctrl+Click 2 files
(so they're both selected) and then choose "compare files". If you
need to do a whole directory, that's where we recommend Beyond Compare
(of you're on Windows).  I'm sure there's other solutions, but this is
the one I use.
