It could be a permission issue. Also you may be better off looking at the
documentation that is checked into SVN [at least I hope it was checked in].
The link you pointed to was for the AppFuse 1.9.x branch. Obviously a lot
would be the same, but not everything [e.g. I'm not sure 1.6.x had Acegi
Security].

Subject: RE: [appfuse-user] appfuse 1.6.1

This is the strangest error and I really can't wrap my mind around it.

I am trying to setup Appfuse 1.6.1 on my machine. I checked it out from
svn and am following instructions @
http://raibledesigns.com/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=AppFuseQuickStart

However when I run "ant new -Dapp.name=Appname -Ddb.name=dbname", build
fails because it cannot copy
/APPFUSE_1-6-1/web/images/vcss.png...java.io.FileNotFoundException

Now I know the first response to this would be...'hey you don't have this
file'. Believe me I triple checked and this file exists in the specified
dir.

Has someone else had the same prob and solved it. Please help.

Thanks,

Unfortunately, 1.6.1 was released 3 years ago and I removed it from
the downloads section on java.net.

http://raibledesigns.com/rd/entry/ann_appfuse_1_6_1

The good news is it is tagged in Subversion, so you should be able to
check it out and build it yourself.

svn co https://appfuse.dev.java.net/svn/appfuse/tags/APPFUSE_1-6-1

The username to use is guest and password is blank.
