Typically you get copies of this sort of file from a deployed
application. IOW, build a deployment package for your application and
then look inside that (usually in the WEB-INF or WEB-INF/classes
directory and you should find a "default" version of the file you're
seeking. Simply copy that to your application source and modify it and
it will subsequently be deployed in place of the default version.
