Yes: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42222
It is fixed in Ant 1.7.1 which is yet to be released. The
workaround for the moment is to make sure that both local
repositories and projects on Windows platforms are held in
directories whose paths contain no spaces.
A better workaround (IMHO of course) is that all AppFuse users buy
themselves a MacBook Pro for Christmas. ;-)
