tried with something like this:
@Controller
@Scope("request")
public class ClientForm extends BasePage implements Serializable {
/**

*/
private static final long serialVersionUID = 3157623575918409233L;
@Resource
private GenericManager<Client, Long> clientManager;
And used getParameter("id") in the edit method of ClientForm.
