[appfuse-user] Url encoding/decoding

Hi ,

   we normally create a URL object using 

       URL urlObject = new URL("http://.....";);

      Is it possible  to get the url value
(eg:http://www.nabble.com/forum/NewTopic.jtp?forum=2370) from a browser in a
