Hmmm.  Well you are going to want to do a full-source install using the
appfuse plugin.  Once you do that you should be able to just create a web
project in your favorite IDE using the source.   The nice thing is that once
you remove pom.xml, then maven is gone.  Of course, you still have the
directory structure which is a give away.  ;-)
