It's been a couple years, so it's a bit difficult to remember.
Basically, you create a folder under styles, copy all the CSS in there
and then look at the theme.css in other themes and you should be able
to see a pattern. If things like tables aren't rendering correctly,
look at other CSS files in other themes for hints.
