If you copied your codebase over from Windows to Linux you need to ensure
that the case of all filenames and directory names has been preserved. Check
your META-INF and WEB-INF directories and make sure they are all upper-case.
Also check all the application-* files and make sure case is correct (I
think they are all lower case, but worth checking.....)
