I faced a very strange problem with AppFuse JSF Basic.

To see the problem:
1. create a basic JSF appfuse project
2. login as admin
3. go to Administration/Users
4. click on  admin to edit and save, no problem
5. Click on user to edit and save, no problem.
6. Now create a new user (test), no problem.
7.Click on the newly created user test to edit and save, we get a stacktrace
in jetty and an error on the browser: 
This username (test) or e-mail address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) already exists.
Please try a different username.
There is no user with that name/e-mail in the database. <br />This problem
is only with the newly created users, but not with admin or user.

Has anybody else faces it?
