One thing you can try is signing up a user with an email address within the
domain of the company. ( maybe your own email address within your company ). 
I've found that external email address wont work. e.g. [email protected] unless
the exchange server is configured to forward mails from your servers
internal ipaddress.

I not a network or exchange guru but it might point you in the right
direction.
