YAGNI has bitten me in the butt. I'd like to collapse my project into the basic format. I'll never need a separate core, and it's kinda a pain maintaining 3 poms, two sample-data.xmls etc.
In general, which sections of the POMs can be collapsed up into the parent POMs? What sections would then be superfluous? I think I can figure out how to get the source files combined.
