I researched a bit .... other Korean Confluence is running with db tables
formatted with utf8 characters.

Other East Asia' characters (Chinese / Japanese) would have similar
difficuties with Confluence wiki.

... hmm... obviously... it will lose many collaborative or searchable
capabilities
