As I alread spoke: AppFuse integrates some of the best (and more
used) FrameWorks using the best Desing-Patterns!! But, it should
marvelous if AppFuse had a such round-trip feature!!! :D

The easiest way, unfortunately, is to create a new project with the
same name and then use a diff tool to see the differences between
them.
Beyond Compare is a fabulous diff tool for Windows users.
WinMerge is a great open source visual diff and merging tool for
Windows.
