The maven repository is configured with a single internal archiva URL and proxy connectors have been added for remote repositories. While trying to setup a new environment (with an empty local repository) the maven runtime (2.2.0) seems to fetch files directly from external repositories for certain plug-ins, but apparently they don't get indexed within Archiva. How do we configure this to work properly
