Hi Xavier, what exactly do you mean? You configured a Network Proxy and it isn't used? Or does your Network Proxy need authentication and Archiva doesn't authenticate?
Second: How are you using repo.maven.apache.org - What exactly is configured under "Remote Repositories"? What is set for "Proxy for Remote Download Index"?
