Hi,
i got an running Archiva 2.1.1, GlassFish 3.1.2.2, MariaDB and JDK 1.7.
Now i want to install 2.2.0, GlassFish 4.1, MariaDB and JDK 1.8.
I used:

But Archiva is ignoring the jdbc/users and jdbc/archiva settings for the
MariaDB:
Failed initialising database. Please check that your database JDBC
driver is accessible, and the database URL and username/password are
correct. Exception : Error in allocating a connection. Cause: Connection
could not be allocated because: java.net.ConnectException : Error
connecting to server localhost on port 1527 with message
Verbindungsaufbau abgelehnt.

But why is Archiva try to connect DerbyDB instead of MariaDB?
