Select the model, i.e. the element at the top of the tree in the explorer.
Then press the "TD" icon in the properties panel at the bottom. This
creates a new TagDefinition. Type its name.
Now, when you select e.g. a class, the dropdown in the table in the
tagged values tab of the class will contain the new tagDefinition.
