I'm a new user of ArgoUML. I'm invesgating ArgoUML and then I will decide whether to use Argo in our project and whether it's worth to develop some modules for argoUML for internal use.
The reason I choose ArgoUML is

1) it's opensource
2) commercial modules are allowed to be integrated with ArgoUML
3) supoort C++
But after several days of using(I'm still in the progress of reading user manual), I'm a little worried about this project now.
1)I encountered several bugs already & often. like diagram repaint bug, can't delete package from model in the explorer pane. (My os is WindowsXP)
2) The eclipse subproject named UML2 may be a great threat to argoUML, although I haven't look at UML2 now.
Anyway, thank ArgoUML's developers for the great tool!
