The simplest way is to define the application which open the .zargo file type.
Detailed procedure is the following :
- In Windows Explorer, in menus [Tools][Folder Options], select tab {File Types}
- choose the .ZARGO extension, click on button [[Advanced]]
- select the "open" action, click on [[Modify]]
- in the Application field, insert a line like :
"C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_10\bin\javaw.exe" -jar "C:\Program Files\ArgoUML-0.20\argouml.jar" %*
 where the 1st string is the location of javaw on your system
 and the 2nd is the location or ArgoUml on your system
 (don't forget the "-jar" in the middle and the "%*" at the end)
- last,click on [[OK]] and [[Apply]] as necessary

note : this have been done previously by somebody and I redo it quite similar from what I remember because I don't find in the mailing list archives.
