yes, you can load your phoenix blocks and components into Merlin. an example is available in the sandbox/merlin/src/test/config.

I'm starting another project at work that would be better suited for a full
featured container like Phoenix. Just wanted to be sure that if I go with
Phoenix now, that switching to Merlin when possible shouldn't be too difficult.
