Yep.
It occurred yesterday morning. I updated the site adding the apachecon logo to all the pages but since index.html had been manually edited we got the little mess you see. This was mentioned in an email shortly after it showed up.
Since then I've been behind a firewall at work. I should finally get a chance to fix it tonight if no one else does first.
Seems to me like the www/avalon.apache.org/index.html page has been modified - and this is conflicting with the modifications to the avalon-site/site/index.html page. I tried to track this down earlier today with success.
