Any Eclipse users here, give "maven eclipse" a try
In Eclipse when u right-click on a project in CVS to check it out, hit the
"Check Out as" button instead. Then select that u want to check it out as
Java Project. Then u can select the location where u want to check it out.
And the from command line go into your project folder (like
${workspace}/jakarta-turbine-fulcrum) and run "maven eclipse".
And then just refresh the project from within the IDE. It is awesome.
Rearranging those big projects in Eclipse is a big big big pain.
Now its hell lot better.

Maybe checkout the CVS outside Eclipse. That is what I have done before.
