In the "classes folder, besides the .class files"??? Shouldn't it be "in the source folder, besides the .java files"?? That is where I expect them to go, or are you perhaps talking that after Maven have created them in the classes directory, Eclipse remove them ASAP? Also, perhaps take a look at the JarCreator, or whatever it was called, where you can define all kinds of stuff going into the JAR at random locations. If you want it "outside" a and just run within the environment, it should then probably be enough to declare a Classpath entry to the source folder. Just giving some random thoughts about. Not using Eclipse much myself, yet... Awaiting the MerlinDeveloper....
