Ok, although that is what I normally use. Just change to;
long maxWait = 14; / max time to wait
if( m_Queue.size() == 0 )
wait( maxWait );
if( m_Queue.size() == 0 )
return null; // or exception if that is better
return m_Queue.remove(0);
