As Korosh points out, the completely dynamic Merlin is not in place yet (but we are working on it). Theoretically, you could create your own management for dynamically loading components, but I would suggest that you consider using Fortress embedded into your own Dynamic Management Component, to get dependency resolution, configurations and similar stuff, quite easily. Expect a few months before any Dynamic Management shows up in Merlin.
