Peter, you should use M6I200121. All other M6 builds are very bugy in the area of remote debugging and so on.
I tried every M6 build during the last weeks - now I have some more gray hairs!! :-) Sorry to say that - I found M5 much more reliable. I use it for development here. Hope this helps!
