Woah... I just realize we can't do this just yet.

Or at least not without some serious debate on [EMAIL PROTECTED]

JMX is a facility. Meta understand the meta-info, and the way the Meta package 
is constructed, it would need to know explicitly about JMX, which seems odd.

I propose that we hold this off for a while, so we can see if there is a way 
to generalize Meta into being 're-programmed' by facilities...
