Check out the subversion source. 2. ant setup 3. ant 4. set MERLIN_HOME=<where you want it> 5. cd $MERLIN_HOME 6. unzip <avalon_svn_dir>runtime/merlin/cli/target/deliverables/dist/avalon-merlin-cli-SNAPSHOT.zip 7. echo "merlin.repository=/home/niclas/.magic/main" >merlin.properties 8. Add $MERLIN_HOME/bin to PATH Then go over to the tutorials and run them! Somewhat simpler. We will need some more time to evaluate how the proper procedure should be and how we can make that as invisible to the average user downloading a distro. Thanks for finding and bringing this up, as we have been fairly busy structuring everything else over the last few weeks (+some more in-fightings).
