Can't access Internet

I have downloaded and installed Beonex Communicator . My problem is
that when I click on a bookmark nothing happens. I type the URL into the
location bar and hit Go and get no response. I have tried reinstalling.
Nothing. Mail works fine. Does anyone have any ideas that they would
share?
