You set the POP information in each actual mail account. There is a
special mail account called "Outgoing Server (SMTP)".

Again, you are looking at mail account. What you are looking for is
listed as a mail account.

I, too, have Beonex for Windows, ver. 0.8-stable (with Enigmail if
anyone knows that makes a difference, but I thought I set up my servers
*before* installing EnigMail).

It took me two days before I could fine the Outgoing Server (SMTP)
settings. It's the only Mail & News account in the list that doesn't
expand to include other aspects. It's an account setting all by itself.

If you can't find this setting, then perhaps it's a feature of the
EnigMail plug-in, but I really don't think so.
