No. I gave some updates to the dev list recently, and boiled down they are that what we want to do depends on wider changes in OOo and in OpenDocument (the file format). Nevertheless we are now making progress on these lower-level issues. I am talking to the OpenDocument people about upgrading the bib representation in the file format, and also about figuring out how to upgrade styling support (ideally to be able to support the CSL language I wrote, though it's not clear how that might integrate in OD).
