Hi All, I have been using B3 V293 (bibliophile) to convert my RIS exported EndNote Database and to import it into OO 2. this has worked quite well. However noy I'm trying to use the OO Bibliography database to insert citations in my text and this seems to to be working. I use Insert / Indexes and Tables / Bibliography entry I get the window "insert Bibliography entry" After what I understood from the OO help file, I should get a list of short names in the short name drop down list, chose on and go "insert". However the short name list is empty. In Options, "Bibliography" is a regustered database and the path to the real database is valid. I can open dhe Bibliography database and see all my records, including the short name. has anybody any idea what is going on ? If I use a handmade bibliographic database instead of the imported one, this seems to be working OK. The only difference I can see between the imported and the hand made data base is the type field. In the imported one, the "Type " field is greyed out, the "0" type (article) is not recognized, however types 1, 2, 4, 10, 11 are recognized as the correct types and written in the drow down list of the type field. However as the type field is greyed out I cannot even change the type for any record. The format of the type field seems to be OK before importation, so something seem sto be happening during importation. If nobody has any suggestions I will probably file this as a bug
