While I don't want to hijack the thread, I would like to know if anyone knows this: BibTeX has had issues with unicode characters - earlier, I have tried to make a bibliography using Jabref with Russian literature - and failed. Is this still an issue, or is it only a problem if one is to use it with LaTeX?
