Hi René,

biomaRt enables you to query anything that Ensembl offers you.
 Unfortunately as far as I know the information you are looking for is not
available from Ensembl.  The core, extended and full annotation you'll need
to get from affy.  Ensembl does it's own mapping of the probes and will
only give you a mapping for probes that they found uniquely aligning to the
genome, so for your second question they should all be unique I think.
