Thanks, Allen.
This was a very stupid mistake on my part. I actually had the meta_inf <<
file('taglib.tld') in the wrong sub-project. Which obviously caused it not
to be included in the correct jar file.
Thanks for putting up with my ignorance and newbie mistakes.
