Hi Claus,

There is a setFaultBody and a setFaultHeader but I am not sure of how to use
these in place of throwFault. Do you have an example? Here's what I
presently do:

...
  .otherwise()
  .throwFault(
    "Unknown notification sent by fingerprint reader");
