Isn't recipientList overkill for this? The endpoint is not dynamically
changing during runtime. It's just resolved at route creation.

In Java DSL I do as such:

.wireTap("file://" + props.getProperty("directory.incoming.backup") +
"?fileName=${in.header.backupFileName}")
