Java class as an endpoint

 Hi , I'm new to Camel.
I'm familiar with ActiveMQ and I would like to move my JMS Client 
entirely to a Camel server.
(I'm not familiar with Spring though)
I think I should use the bean component, but I don't know where should I 
place my Java class or source code.
I wonder if you could point me in the right direction and tell me what 
should I look for in the manual ?
