I doubt you'll get a lot of feedback, most of the commercial companies are 
sworn to secrecy. We encourage users who have a story to tell to either add (or 
submit on the list giving us permission to add) their story on the camel site 
[1]. There were questions recently questions on the mailing list involving 
1000+ mail endpoints (accounts), but imho most of the use cases involve much 
less endpoints (10s, 100s). A better metric is the number of messages processed 
I think, and I know users who had it in production for years with an impressive 
0 min downtime (!) processing millions of messages per day.

Any feedback and users stories are highly welcome.
